SHIPPING and RETURN POLICY

We offer free shipping on all orders across the UK.
Standard UK delivery will be dispatched by Royal Mail 48 Class services scheduled to be delivered within the stated time. You mighbe be left a calling card with instructions on how to either collect your parcel or arrange redelivery. This option is a TRACKED service. You are welcome to return any items with 14 days to make an exchange (to the purchased value, for a different size or colour or different product). For hygiene reasons and the Covid 19, we do not accept returns for Thongs, Tights, Vests or Boxers, unless the item is unopened.

In all cases returned items will be inspected by us upon their arrival. Faulty items may also be returned to the Brand for further inspection, in which case Cotton Premier would be acting as the Agent and not be responsible for the verdict from the Brand.

All items must be returned in 14 days, including their full original undamaged packaging, with all labels still attached, and should have no signs of wear. For example all Socks must be returned in the original Label/Bundle, and soles should not have any visible signs of wear. Failure to provide full original packaging is subject to a re-stocking fee.

Until we receive your item back to Customer Services, the item is still your responsibility. You are responsible for all postage costs associated with returning any items.
